A Reflection At The start of a new chapter for our church
We look forward with Joy and excitement
1. New beginnings happen in season
Life can be so wonderfully measured by seasons and stages. Autumn begins with the shedding of colourful leaves; winter begins with a cold bed of snow; spring begins with the sprouting of new life; and summer begins with warm sunny days. Billy Graham
Ecclesiastes 3:1-5:- There’s a time for everything in life. How great a confidence this brings us to know that we can expect a warmer season after a colder one. In the same manner that God “makes his sunrise on the evil and on the good (Matthew 5:45).” He allows seasons to change and new beginnings to ascend.
‘Do not cling to events of the past or dwell on what happened long ago. Watch for the new thing I am going to do. It is happening already – you can see it now! I will make a road through the wilderness and give you streams of water there.’
- Isaiah, the Bible
Peace Within
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you
May you be confident knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.
