Parish Update
At the beginning of this season of Lent - a time for reflecting on life, examining our walk with God, and re-ordering our priorities so that Jesus can throb at our centre - can I encourage us to consider afresh the benefit of meeting together in fellowship ( discipleship) groups.
There's a group which meets at Hazelwell church (in the quiet room) - each Thursday morning, 10am, to deepen our relationships with God and one another.
The group gathers weekly to listen to what God says through the Scriptures, encourage one another in our discipleship, pray for each other and to worship together.
As Lent begins, it would be great to have you join us as we start this new season together.
The world day of Prayer will be celebrated at 2.00pm on March 1st at St Dunstans church Kings Heath members of Hazelwell and other local churches will participate in the service which has been put together by women of Palestine
